One way you can save hundreds, or possibly thousands of dollars per month is to have your current merchant services analyzed by NVone. Sometimes the cosmetologist collects directly from the customer, and sometimes the salon collects for all of them and disburses the funds on whatever time schedule they set. A serious problem develops when a customer wishes to pay with a credit or debit card. If the customer pays with cash or a check the cosmetologist can collect it at their station. Credit and debit card payments are usually taken by the salon, who then has to calculate the daily earnings for each cosmetologist, deduct their expenses, and then pay each one. The NVone salon package includes terminals that can support up to 99 individual merchant accounts. This method allows the salon to process the transaction from a single point, but the money collected is deposited directly into the cosmetologists bank account. This plan also includes a check conversion and guaranty service. This process converts a check payment into an electronic payment which is then deposited in the cosmetologists bank account exactly the same as a credit card transaction. During the process of accepting a check, the check is scanned and sent for an approval, the same as a credit card. If the check is approved full payment is guaranteed. Plus, converted checks don't need to be deposited in your bank. Once it has been approved the check is returned to the customer.
